At Special Nurse, we are always looking for dedicated and skilled nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community. Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (community, aged care, or hospital)

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Professional, reliable, and committed to person-centred care

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-focused care in the community

• Conduct clinical assessments and implement tailored care plans

• Provide wound care, continence management, and medication administration

• Educate and support clients, families, and support staff

• Work collaboratively with providers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve best outcomes
